We're sorry to hear that you have a complaint about our webshop. We strive to provide the best possible experience for our customers, and we take all complaints seriously. Please follow the steps below to file your complaint:

  1. Contact our customer service team by sending an email to [email protected]. Explain your complaint in detail, and provide any relevant information such as order numbers, product names, and dates of purchase. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible by investigating the issue and respond to you within 48 hours.

  2. If you are still unsatisfied with the outcome, you can file a complaint via Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil. 

From February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
