Tec7 is a versatile product designed for sealing, bonding, and mounting in various applications. It offers unique adhesive power and is effective on both wet and dry surfaces. It boasts high resistance to UV rays and mold growth.

Chemical Resistance:

• Good resistance to water, seawater, aliphatic solvents, oils, greases, dilute organic acids, and alkalis.
• Moderate resistance to esters, ketones, and aromatics.
• Poor resistance to concentrated acids, chlorinated solvents, and chlorine from swimming pools.

Curing Time:

• 24 hours: 6 mm
• 48 hours: 7 mm
• 72 hours: 8 mm

Tensile Strength:

• After 7 days: 260 N/cm²
• After 1 month: 280 N/cm²
• After 3 months: 310 N/cm²

Applications:

Tec7 is suitable for construction, sanitary, and general maintenance applications. It can replace assembly adhesive, wood adhesive, PU adhesive, silicone sealant, sanitary silicone sealant, acrylic sealant, and butylene sealant. It adheres well to most substrates and does not harm plastics.

It can be used on mirrors (with vertical adhesive strips), natural stone (without bleeding through), polyester, polystyrene foam, damp substrates (even underwater), and it's paintable with most common paints. It's recommended to test adhesion on plastics, powder paints, exotic woods, and bituminous materials. For weak or porous substrates, reinforce with Fixprimer.

Usage Instructions:

• Apply between temperatures of +5°C and +40°C.
• Apply on a clean, dust- and grease-free surface.
• Use Tec7 Cleaner or Multiclean for cleaning if needed.
• Apply by hand or with an air pistol (preferably with a telescopic piston).
• For mirror bonding in sanitary areas, apply vertical adhesive strips to prevent stagnant moisture.
• Ideal adhesive thickness for optimal bonding strength is 3 mm.
