Due to the upright edges, the baking surface is slightly larger than any pan! With special techniques developed by Greenpan itself, the Torino pans are of a really high level. These pans are suitable for any heat source.

The Torino pans are equipped with various protective layers, such as Thermolon, Evershine and Magneto. Thermolon is a durable ceramic non-stick coating that is reinforced with diamonds. Because Thermolon is completely natural without PFAS, PFOA, lead and cadmium, you no longer have to worry about harmful fumes or substances in your food. Evershine was developed by Greenpan to prevent discoloration of your stainless steel pan. This treatment will keep your pan looking like new for an extra long time!

In addition, the frying pan contains the Magneto technology, which means that the bottom of the pan will not warp. A thick base integrated with copper ensures excellent induction power of the Torino pan, while it also works very well on other heat sources. In addition, the bottom surface is extra large due to the straight edges. You can bake up to 25% more than with a pan that has sloping edges.
