With the GreenPan Cambridge Ceramic Cooking Pan with Lid you can do anything: crispy frying, roasting, stir-frying or stewing. The pan does not stick and heats up evenly for perfect cooking of all ingredients. It can be used on induction, can be used in the oven up to 180°C and in the dishwasher.

❕ Make sure that the saucepan always heats up gradually. Start with a low heat and gradually increase the temperature.
