Fresh or preserved cherries, it doesn't matter. In just one hour, you can stone 12 kg of fresh cherries or the contents of 12 preserving jars.
This is possible thanks to the special shape of the Cherrymat. After you put the cherries in the filler opening, they roll piece by piece into the pitted funnel.
Press the stainless steel blade down - and you remove the stone from the pulp, without crushing the cherry. The pitted cherry rolls into a bowl placed under the opening. The stone falls into the large collection tray, which stands firmly on the countertop with four rubber feet.
